Vaure Account and Data Deletion

Users may request account and data deletion through the in-app function or by contacting [email protected]. Vaure may ask the user to verify account ownership and confirm the deletion request.

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days unless a different period is required by law, security verification, technical limitations or an active subscription. Vaure will provide confirmation when deletion is completed if a contact address is available.

Vaure deletes or anonymizes account data, entitlement records, cloud matching/sync data, playlists, settings, consent records and other data no longer necessary. Payment, accounting, security, support or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Local audio files and local analysis data are stored on the user's device and are deleted through the app or operating system.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or other payment-provider subscription. If the user has an Apple auto-renewable subscription, billing continues through Apple unless the user cancels it in Apple Account settings.
