Vaure P2P, E2EE and Copyright Policy

Effective date: 22 April 2026

Vaure provides technical functions for local or direct device-to-device transfer. Transfers may use BLE discovery and system nearby/multipeer mechanisms to discover nearby devices and transfer data without a public catalog and without requiring an internet connection for the transfer itself.

Vaure is not a public music catalog, music hosting service, public file-sharing network, streaming service or distributor of user music.

P2P/Nearby transfers are end-to-end encrypted. Vaure cannot inspect and does not store transfer content. The recipient must explicitly accept a transfer. Vaure does not provide a public page, public feed or public transfer directory.

Users are responsible for having the rights necessary to send, receive, copy, store, play and otherwise use audio files, metadata, lyrics and artwork. Vaure must not be used for piracy, DRM circumvention, unlawful mass sharing or infringement of third-party rights. Legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
