Vaure Privacy Policy
1. Provider
For users outside the Russian Federation, Vaure is provided by Titarenko Aleksandr Konstantinovich, an individual, 84 Umetaliev St., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Contact: [email protected]. Russian users are served under a separate Russian legal, payment and data-processing contour.
2. Scope
Vaure is an offline music player for the user's own media library. It is not a music catalog, streaming service, public file-sharing service, provider of music content or licensor of music rights.
3. Data We Process
Vaure may process internal user identifiers, nickname/display name, email if provided, Vaure Plus subscription and entitlement records, App Store transaction identifiers, payment provider identifiers without full card data, track titles, artist and album names, duration, technical attributes, audio fingerprints or hash-based identifiers, sync status, settings, playlists, basic telemetry, diagnostics, server logs, IP address, app/device/OS/language information, support requests, consent records and deletion requests.
4. Data We Do Not Store
Vaure does not upload or store raw audio files, raw audio samples, E2EE/P2P transfer content, E2EE transfer keys or the local audio-analysis database on its servers. Vaure does not intentionally collect biometric data or special-category data.
5. Purposes and Legal Bases
Data is processed to provide Vaure and Vaure Plus, maintain accounts, verify and restore subscriptions, process App Store purchases and supported payment flows, match and sync media-library state without uploading raw audio, sync settings/playlists/technical data, enable Nearby/BLE/P2P/E2EE functions, provide support, diagnose errors, maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with law. Processing may be based on contract, legitimate interests, consent where required and legal obligations.
6. Telemetry
Telemetry may include app openings, feature usage, import counts, playback start/completion counts, error codes, latency buckets, app version, device type and OS version. Telemetry is not intended to include raw audio, local file paths, E2EE/P2P content or encryption keys.
7. Payments
For App Store purchases, payment and refund processing is handled by Apple. Vaure receives transaction and subscription status information necessary to provide access. Vaure does not store full payment card data.
8. Storage and Transfers
Data may be stored in the Kyrgyz Republic, the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions used by Vaure infrastructure or providers. Vaure applies reasonable organizational and technical safeguards.
9. Nearby, BLE, P2P and E2EE
Nearby and BLE discovery help users discover nearby devices without a public catalog. P2P/Nearby transfers are device-to-device and end-to-end encrypted. The recipient must explicitly accept a transfer. Vaure cannot inspect and does not store transfer content.
10. Retention and Rights
Data is retained only as long as necessary. Payment, accounting, security, support and legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or objection by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple or other payment-provider subscriptions.
