Vaure Terms of Use
1. Provider
For users outside the Russian Federation, Vaure is provided by Titarenko Aleksandr Konstantinovich, an individual, 84 Umetaliev St., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Contact: [email protected].
2. Service
Vaure provides functions for importing, local storage, playback, analysis, organization, recommendations, matching, sync and direct transfer of audio files. Vaure uses on-device processing: the core track-processing flow runs locally on the user's device. Servers are used for accounts, subscription verification, sync and technical media-library matching.
Vaure is not a music catalog, streaming service, public file-sharing service, music-content provider or licensor of music rights.
3. Account
An account may be required for Vaure Plus, subscription restoration, sync, payments, support and security.
4. User Files and Rights
The user is solely responsible for having rights necessary to import, store, copy, play, analyze, transfer and otherwise use audio files, metadata, lyrics and artwork. Vaure must not be used for copyright infringement, piracy, DRM circumvention, unlawful mass transfers or illegal activity.
5. Analysis and Sync
Vaure may analyze audio locally and process audio fingerprints or hash identifiers for matching, sync and restoration. Vaure does not upload or store raw audio files or raw audio samples.
6. P2P, Nearby and E2EE
P2P/Nearby functions may use BLE discovery and system nearby/multipeer mechanisms to discover nearby devices and transfer data directly without a public catalog. Transfers require recipient acceptance and are protected with end-to-end encryption. Vaure does not inspect or store transfer content.
7. Vaure Plus
Vaure Plus may include a media library of more than 250 tracks, hosting P2P transfers, BLE/Nearby discovery, sync of settings/playlists/technical data, lyrics and album artwork features where available, subscription restoration and other premium features shown before purchase.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
For App Store purchases, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple. Vaure Plus may be offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Price, period, renewal terms, cancellation method and features are shown before purchase. Cancelling renewal stops future renewals; access normally remains until the end of the paid period.
9. Restrictions and Liability
Users must not interfere with the app, servers, security or payment infrastructure, bypass access restrictions, access another user's data, misuse automation or violate third-party rights. Vaure is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Vaure is not responsible for user files, legality of their origin, user conduct during transfers, third-party platform limitations, network/payment-provider failures or external lyrics/artwork sources.
10. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through the app or by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or other payment-provider subscription.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the user's country.
