Vaure Plus Terms
1. Provider
For users outside the Russian Federation, Vaure Plus is provided by Titarenko Aleksandr Konstantinovich, an individual, 84 Umetaliev St., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Contact: [email protected].
2. What Vaure Plus Is
Vaure Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks premium features in Vaure. It is not a music catalog subscription, does not provide music streaming, does not sell music and does not grant rights to music works, recordings, lyrics, artwork or third-party content.
3. Features
Vaure Plus may unlock: a media library of more than 250 tracks; hosting P2P transfers; BLE/Nearby discovery; sync of settings, playlists and technical media-library data; lyrics loading where available; album preview/artwork loading where available; subscription restoration and other premium features shown before purchase.
4. Period and Price
For App Store purchases, Vaure Plus is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. The price is shown before purchase and may vary by country, currency, taxes and Apple price tiers. The intended base price is USD 2.99 per month where available.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
If purchased through App Store, payment is charged to the user's Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. Users can manage or cancel it in Apple Account settings. After cancellation, access normally remains until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or Vaure account does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription.
6. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's rules. Vaure cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
7. No Music Rights
The user remains responsible for the legality of files imported, played, analyzed or transferred through Vaure.
